2 hours to a day long exploration into characteristics of midlife and how they effect the corporate environment and institutions. Discuss topics like leadership, working smarter and mentoring the next generation.

Transforming Anger into Power

A day long process for teams or two hours spent with an individual during which effective skills are developed for processing anger and handling confrontation in the workplace.

Leadership Skills Development

A day during which participants learn about character, to make healthy decisions, to manage conflicts, systems thinking, to process emotions including anger while on the job, and many other skills.

Handing Life Changes

Either for an individual or for groups, skills for handling inevitable changes that occur in life such as changes in life stages, changes in career status, downsizing, divorce, family death, etc.

Eldership

Skills for mentoring successors and future leaders, succession planning

Personal Empowerment for Blacks

Addresses cross-cultural issues in the workplace. Prepares black leaders
to honour their traditions while learning to work in the corporate culture
established by white Western culture. Learn different perspectives on
leadership, power, authority, communications, work ethics, socializing,
decision making, etc. Ovenstone has been a senior manager in
Corporate Communications in Canada as well as apprenticing
and becoming a Sangoma in Southern Africa.
